Employment and Training Administration Services to Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA) serves the American farmworker population through two main programs. The National Farmworker Jobs Program is a nationally directed program of job training and employment assistance for migrant and seasonal farmworkers (MSFWs). The National Monitor Advocate monitors and reviews the compliance of state agencies with Job Service (JS) regulations affecting MSFWs and offers technical assistance to the ETA regional offices and State agencies in carrying out JS regulations and programs.
